I grew up in Divinópolis, in the back of my parents' print shop, watching ink dry and orders pile up. That shop taught me the only lesson about technology that ever really stuck. It only matters when it changes how someone earns a living.
I followed that instinct into a robotics lab at UFMG, then spent eight years at Localiza. There I learned the hardest part of AI is not the model. It is earning the trust of the person who has to act on it. INSEAD pulled me out of Brazil and into rooms with operators from forty countries. I came back building multi-agent AI products. Four of them are now in production.
